We sell live ornamental guppies, supplied as breeding pairs. Because these are living animals, small natural variation in size, finnage and colour intensity is normal. Listing photographs are of our own fish and are representative of the strain, not of the individual pair you will receive.
Payment options are shown at checkout and are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details on this website.
Delivery timelines, packing and route options are set out on our Shipping Policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by you. Please make sure someone is available to receive the box, as live fish should not be left waiting.

Once your guppies have been unpacked and introduced to your tank, their health depends on your water quality, temperature, stocking and feeding. We are glad to advise, and our care guides are free to use, but we cannot be responsible for losses that occur after a successful delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
