We ship live, healthy guppies pan-India, and local pickup around Pune, Maharashtra can be arranged on request. For select routes, we also offer a low-cost train shipping option alongside standard courier.
The more you put in the first message, the fewer replies it takes to get you sorted. Three things move an enquiry along immediately.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and it is where we answer through the day. If you message late at night you will usually have a reply by the next morning. During a dispatch morning replies are slower, because the fish come first.
You are welcome to collect your pair from Ambegaon Pathar instead of having it delivered. Message us before you set out so we can fix a time and have the fish bagged and settled when you arrive rather than chasing them around a tank while you wait. It is also the easiest way to see the parent stock and pick your own male if two look similar in the photos.
Support does not stop when the box is delivered. If something looks wrong in the first week, send a short video on the same WhatsApp thread and we will tell you what to do before you start dosing medicine on a guess. Ask us about tank size, stocking numbers, feeding or fry any time, whether it is a week later or a year later.
